Help Deliver Leaflets
The Stratford Town Trust and Stratford-upon-Avon Town Council are producing a second leaflet to update the residents of Stratford-upon-Avon about Stratford-upon-Avon Support to ensure that we are reaching those who need the service the most. We need your help to deliver it!
You can see the leaflet which is being delivered here.
If you are able to, please sign-up here to offer your help in delivering the leaflet. Once you have signed up, a Town Councillor from your ward will be in touch to liaise your delivery routes and how you will receive the leaflets for delivery. Please only sign up if you have previously offered to volunteer.
We want to ensure that all volunteers do this in the safest possible manner. For this reason, please look at the risk assessment we have compiled here.
If you are not feeling well (in anyway whatsoever) you should step down from volunteering for this role. There are many others who are well and available to help.
Please always follow Coronavirus (COVID-19) hand washing and infection control measures, including every time you enter or leave a premises or encounter others. Social distancing guidance should also be followed, maintaining 2 metres distance between yourself and anyone you encounter whilst out of your house.
- Wash hands frequently
- use hand sanitizer frequently where hand washing facilities are not available
- cough or sneeze into a tissue or your elbow
- dispose of tissues in a waste bin, preferably one with a lid
- maintain social distancing of two metres
- avoid touching your eyes nose and mouth
Check the HSE Coronavirus (COVID-19) website for the latest updates on how we can all play our part.
